This has been Porter's motto for 30 years, and we take it very seriously. In today's world of "super" stores, "discount outlet" stores, and "box" stores, isn't it nice to find a store that still feels that you, the customer, are the most important part of our business, and keeping you as our customer is our main goal. At both Porter's locations, Riverton and Casper, our dedicated staff knows that when a sale is completed in the store, it signifies the beginning of our efforts, not the end. We will be here to help you in whatever way we can, from quality installation of our products, repair or service work, to just being available to answer your questions and concerns. How do we provide that service? First, we train our service technicians extremely well. Each of them receives rigorous training in their area of endeavor, from the installation and care of:

DISH or DIRECT network equipment and services;
WildBlue Satellite Internet;
Toshiba Televisions and Home Theater products;
Sundance Hot Tubs and Spas;
to national training and certification in the proper and safe installation and service of:
Wood, Gas, and Pellet Stoves;
Fireplaces and Fireplace Inserts;
Chimney Systems and Venting

Then, in order to provide you, the customer, with these highly trained technicians, Porter's maintains a fleet of over 15 service trucks, vans, and minivans. This fleet of service vehicles travels an estimated 1,000,000 (one million) miles per year in Wyoming alone, providing you, our customers, with quality care, service, and repair work.
