Since it's introduction in the early 1990's the Vermont Castings
Radiance has been our largest cast iron, freestanding gas stove and
has grown to be one of our largest sellers. As a room heater the
Radiance is as effective as it is an efficient heater and it exceeds
national room heater performance standards.

A unique cast-iron heat exchange system makes optimum use
of the 35,000 Btu input rate. Heating output can be enhanced
with an optional, heat activated, variable speed fan kit.

Our patented Insta-Flame Ceramic Burner provides the innovative
burner technology that produces an unsurpassed flame picture,
The glowing logs and dancing flames have all the romantic appeal
of a wood-burning stove or fireplace. Operable front doors complete
the effect.

For even greater convenience we offer three types of optional
remote controls or our built-in Honeywell Comfort Control System.
The Comfort Control provides the ability to remotely control fan speeds,
flame height and the remote transmitter acts as a room thermostat,
automatically adjusting the flame and fan to meet your chosen comfort settings. It is also fully programmable so you can set it to meet your
own personal schedule.
