Introducing the first weather station in its price range to use frequency hopping spread spectrum radio to transmit and receive data up to 1000' (300 m) line of sight. That's over three football fields in length—and three times farther than competing stations!
Vantage Pro2 can also be purchased as a cabled version. In this system, a cable runs from the outdoor sensor suite to the console inside.
Our Vantage Pro2 still offers the same great features of Vantage Pro such as forecasting, on-screen graphing, and much more. Quick view icons show the forecast at a glance—sunny, partly sunny, cloudy, rain or snow—while a moving ticker-tape display gives more details.
Our integrated sensor suite combines our rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, and anemometer into one package—making setup easier than ever and improving performance and reliability.
For improved accuracy, temperature and humidity sensors are housed inside a radiation shield. The shield protects against solar radiation and other sources of radiated and reflected heat. Choose our standard radiation shield, or, for the utmost in accuracy, our fan-aspirated radiation shield. Available in both wireless and cabled versions.

For the ultimate in weather monitoring, add WeatherLink to your Vantage Pro or Vantage Pro2. The data logger fits neatly into the weather station console or Weather Envoy, storing weather data even when it’s not connected to your PC. Later, download the data and use the software to create graphs, generate summaries, and more. Choose a logging interval of 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, or 120 minutes. Depending on the logging interval, store up to six months of data before downloading .

Mounting Tripod
Optional tripod makes installation even easier. Brackets at the base of each leg tilt to mount on your roof or uneven terrain. Made of galvanized steel. Includes two .92 m -long poles, which may be used separately or together to make a single 1.77m- long pole.
Compatible with both original Vantage Pro and Vantage Pro2.
